The Bothy
The Bothy is a cottage just off the High Street in Whitland, Carmarthenshire. It's a single-storey place, so no stairs to worry about. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and clean.
The main room is open plan, with the kitchen, dining and living area all together. The kitchen has what you need. There's a TV and wifi. The washing machine is in a separate laundry cabin in the main garden.
You have your own enclosed courtyard garden. You're also welcome to use our much larger garden, which looks out towards the Preseli Hills. There's parking on site.
You can bring one well-behaved dog. We provide a highchair if needed. All bedding and towels are included.
Whitland village is about a mile and a half away. It has a shop, a couple of pubs, and some takeaways. Narberth is a short drive for more shops and cafes.
The Pembrokeshire coast is about a 20 minute drive. Tenby is probably the closest big beach town, with boat trips over to Caldey Island. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park site is good for planning walks. For local fishing, the River Taf is nearby.
If you've got kids, places like Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm and Heatherton are all within half an hour.
