The Writing Shed is a one-bedroom cabin on our alpaca farm near Login. It's for two people. It's a tall, wooden building with big windows, so the views over the fields are good from inside. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's warm and everything works.
The cabin is all on one level, which is handy. The floor is wooden. There's a wood burner for heat and a proper kitchen with an oven. You can park right outside and there's an electric car charger. The wifi is fine for normal use.
You're on a farm, so you'll see the alpacas. You can feed them an apple if you like. They're friendly. There's a private bit of riverbank for guests with a campfire spot. You can fish there if you have a licence.
For getting out, you're fairly central in Pembrokeshire. Narberth is about seven miles away. It's a nice town with shops and places to eat. The coast in any direction is about twenty to thirty minutes by car. There are too many beaches to list, but Tenby and Saundersfoot are close. For walking, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park site has all the routes.
There are a lot of castles around here. Carew and Llawhaden are very close. Pembroke Castle is about a twenty-five minute drive. The National Trust's National Trust Wales page lists their nearby places like Colby Woodland Garden.
In the cabin, there's a telescope because the skies are dark here. Bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ outside. No pets, sorry.
