Llanlliwe Cottage

Llanlliwe Cottage is a converted barn near Henllan Amgoed, on the border between Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. It's detached, so it's just you and the property. The views are over fields.

It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's a 5 Star property, which means it's done to a high standard. It's got a big open-plan living area with a high, beamed ceiling and French doors to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped.

The setup is good for people with limited mobility. There's a ground floor wet room and the property is wheelchair accessible, with grab rails and a seat in the shower.

Outside there's a private patio and a lawned garden, fully enclosed. There's on-site parking and space to store bicycles. The garden is a good size.

You're about a mile from a local pub that does food, and a shop. The market town of Narberth is close, about a ten minute drive. It's got independent shops and places to eat.

For beaches, you're well placed for the Pembrokeshire coast. Amroth and Newgale are about a 20-25 minute drive. Tenby and Saundersfoot are within half an hour.

There are plenty of things to do nearby if that's your thing. Folly Farm and Oakwood theme park are within half an hour. The historic town of Laugharne, where Dylan Thomas lived, is about a 25 minute drive. You've also got Carew Castle and Pembroke Castle nearby.

If you like walking, the river and woodland are right next to the property, and there's fishing available. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is easily accessible by car.

Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. A cot, highchair, and stairgate are there if you need them. No pets.
