Homeleigh

Homeleigh is in Butterrow, just on the edge of Stroud. It's up on a hill, so you get good views across the valley.

There are three bedrooms which sleep five. Two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a four star rating. They've recently done it up, so it's in good order.

The stairs are a bit steep. They're not dangerous, just steep. That's worth knowing if you've got small children or someone a bit unsteady on their feet. There's a stairgate provided.

Downstairs is an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. One of the sofas folds out into a bed if you need it. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a TV. There's a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

You can bring two dogs. There's a highchair and a cot.

There's a pub about a mile away down in the valley. The walk back is all uphill, just so you know.

Stroud town centre is about two miles. The farmers' market is on Saturdays. For walks, you're right on the edge of the Cotswolds. Painswick is a ten minute drive. Bourton-on-the-Water and Bibury are about half an hour away.
