The Clock House is in Bisley village, up on the edge of the Cotswolds escarpment. It's got views down the valley. It's a modernised cottage, so it's comfortable and everything works.
It sleeps six, in three double bedrooms. Two are on the first floor, including a main bedroom with its own en-suite. The third bedroom is up another flight of stairs on the second floor. There are two bathrooms in total.
Downstairs is open-plan, with the kitchen and dining area. Doors lead out to the garden, which is a good size and enclosed. There's a patio with furniture and a lawn. There are two separate living areas as well, which is useful if people want to do different things.
The place has a 5 Star rating, which reflects the standard of the finish and facilities. It's been done to a high specification.
You're right in the village. There's a shop and post office a few minutes' walk away. A pub with a restaurant is literally just across the road, about 55 yards. It's well-regarded.
For days out, Painswick Golf Course is about eight miles away. Cheltenham racecourse is about a 25 minute drive. Stroud is close by and has a good market. You're well-placed for walking in the Cotswold hills or exploring the villages.
Facilities include all the basics: parking, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's storage for bicycles. No pets, sorry.
