Jock Mcmuffin Cottage
This is Jock McMuffin Cottage in Portknockie. It's a detached house, so no neighbours through the wall. The garden is enclosed, which is good for a dog.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one double and one with two singles. One bathroom with a bath and a separate walk-in shower. The rating is 5 Star, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable.
The village is right on the coast. You can walk down to the harbour in a few minutes. The local pub is about a five minute walk away. They do food. For a good walk, head along the coast to Bow Fiddle Rock. It's a natural arch out in the sea.
Cullen is a couple of miles west. It's a bit bigger with shops and more places to eat. The beach there is nice. Findochty is the other way, about two miles east. Both are old fishing villages. You can drive to Speyside in under half an hour if you want to visit some whisky distilleries.
The cottage has parking. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them. Be aware the cottage is done up for Christmas if you book over the festive period.
