Seabreezes is a cottage in Portknockie. It sits on the cliff top, looking straight out to sea over the harbour. You get the views from the main living room and a private deck.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One double bedroom and a wet room are on the ground floor. That wet room has grab rails, so it's suitable for someone with limited mobility. Upstairs there's another double and a twin room. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean, not luxurious.
The stairs are a standard cottage staircase. They're fine, but they're not wide or shallow like in a new house.
The village shop, a pub, and a restaurant are about five minutes' walk away. The beach is about the same. The garden is shared with the two cottages next door, but there's a private deck just for Seabreezes.
If you want to walk, the Moray Coast Trail is right there. Cullen is a couple of miles along the coast for an ice cream or a chip shop. For a bigger day out, Culloden is about half an hour's drive. Dufftown, which is central for the whisky trail, is about 40 minutes inland. The National Trust's Fyvie Castle is about 30 minutes away.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. No pets. It can be booked with the two cottages next to it if you're a larger group.
