Jebel

This is Jebel. It's a detached cottage in Cullen, about three minutes' walk from the sea. You can see the water from the front.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is an en-suite in the attic. There are two bedrooms up there. The third bedroom is on the ground floor, which is handy if you don't want to use the stairs. The stairs to the attic are a bit steep, as you'd expect.

It's got a 3 Star rating. It's been renovated, so it's clean and comfortable. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings.

The harbour and the beach are a short walk away. The beach is sandy and long. You can walk along it for miles, past Sunnyside Beach and up to the ruins of Findlater Castle. Keep an eye out for dolphins. The local shop is a few minutes away. There's a pub and a restaurant about 300 yards from the cottage.

Cullen is known for Cullen Skink, the soup. It's a good base for the coast. The weather here is often surprisingly good. You can drive along the winding coastal roads to other villages. There's a golf course nearby. Inland, Bin Hill is a popular local walk where you might see deer.

For facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and bedding and towels are included. The electricity is all covered. There's no charge for pets because pets aren't allowed, sorry.
