Mossdale
Mossdale is a house in Rockcliffe. It's about a hundred yards from the beach. The house is Edwardian, from 1908. It's detached.
It sleeps five. There are three bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms, one on each floor. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The stairs are standard for a house this age. It's not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
The living room has big bay windows that look over the garden. The garden is enclosed. You can get to it straight from the living room. It's private. There's a basket chair out there. The utility room at the back is good for drying off wet coats or storing bikes. The kitchen has what you need.
The beach is sandy and safe. It's good for swimming or launching a small boat. You can walk to Kippford along the Jubilee Path. It's a nice walk. Kippford has two pubs that do food. It's the sailing centre for this bit of the coast.
If you've got bikes, the 7Stanes mountain bike trails are about fifteen minutes away by car. There's also a stage at Mabie Forest, which is half an hour away. There are quite a few golf courses around here too.
For facilities: there's a woodburning stove, a dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair. You can bring two dogs.
