East View is in Shouldham, which is a village in Norfolk. It's a detached bungalow, so everything is on the ground floor. That can be useful if you don't want stairs.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one shower room. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The kitchen is open plan with the dining area, which is good if someone's cooking and others are sitting at the table. There's a separate living room and then a conservatory on the back. The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you have dogs. It's got a lawn and a patio with a barbecue.
The village pub is about 350 yards away. They do food. For a big beach day, the North Norfolk coast is about half an hour's drive. There are loads of them, like Holkham and Wells-next-the-sea.
For walks, Shouldham Woods is less than a mile from the door. If you like history, you're in a good spot. Sandringham Estate is close, and places like Castle Acre and Oxburgh Hall are within a 30 minute drive. King's Lynn has the historic Hanseatic Quarter.
Facilities: it's got parking, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
