Timbers Barn
Timbers Barn is near Downham Market, in Norfolk. It's on a working farm, so you'll see fields and animals. It's very quiet out here.
The barn sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The rating is 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well looked after. It's a conversion, so there are beams.
Outside, you have your own patio area with a table and a BBQ. The farm grounds are shared. There's a heated outdoor swimming pool you can use, which is good, and a games room. There's also a hot tub and a sauna. There's a kids play area too.
In terms of facilities, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. There's a stairgate at the top. No pets, I'm afraid.
The nearest shop and a pub that does food are about a mile and a half away. The pub is decent.
For things to do, the farm has its own fishing and you can walk around the grounds. The area is very flat, good for cycling. If you drive for about half an hour, you can get to the north Norfolk coast. There are some good bird reserves there. Oxburgh Hall is nearby too, that's National Trust. Sandringham is about thirty minutes away by car.
