Pantiles Barn
Pantiles Barn is one of seven cottages on a farm here in Thorpland, Norfolk. It's a conversion from an old farm building. You're on a working farm, so you'll see livestock and farm vehicles about. It's quiet.
The barn sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well equipped. It's beamed inside, which looks nice but means you have to mind your head in a couple of places.
Outside, you get your own patio and garden area. Then you share the farm grounds. There's a heated outdoor swimming pool that's open in the summer. There's also a games room, a sauna, and a hot tub you can use.
A pub that does food is about a mile and a half away in the village. The nearest proper shops are in Downham Market, which is under four miles. It's an old market town with what you need.
For days out, you're well placed. The north Norfolk coast, with places like Hunstanton, is about half an hour by car. Oxburgh Hall is nearby if you like history. Sandringham Estate is a short drive away for walking in the park. The Fens are flat, so they're good for cycling if you bring bikes.
As for facilities, it's got most things: WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, cot and highchair if needed. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right by the barn. No pets allowed.
