Lintel Barn is out near Thorpland in Norfolk. It's on a working farm. The buildings are old but the conversion's been done well, so it's comfortable. It's detached and sleeps two.
It's got a 4 Star rating. There's one bedroom and one bathroom, which is a wet room on the ground floor. That and the grab rails make it suitable if you have limited mobility. The place is open plan.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a patio with a BBQ and you get your own bit of garden to sit out.
Because it's on the farm, you share some facilities with the other cottages. There's a heated outdoor swimming pool, a games room, and a kids' play area. You're welcome to walk around the farm grounds. There's coarse fishing on site.
The shop and the pub are about a mile and a half away in the next village. They serve food.
For a day out, Oxburgh Hall, which is run by the National Trust, is nearby. Sandringham House and Park is about a 30 minute drive. The north Norfolk coast, with places like Holkham and Blakeney, is within half an hour. It's good for walking and birdwatching.
Downham Market is the nearest proper town, about four miles. They've got shops and a sports centre.
