This is Bay Cottage. It's in Boughton, which is a quiet village in west Norfolk. I own it and I live next door. I renovated it myself.
It's a detached annexe, so it's on its own. It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom, everything on the ground floor. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's new, clean, and everything works. There's a hot tub in the private garden.
The village has a big pond with ducks. The local shop is about a mile and a half away. There's a pub and a restaurant two miles away.
It's a good spot for getting out. The coast is about half an hour's drive. Hunstanton and Heacham are the closest proper seaside spots. Heacham has the lavender farm. Further along the coast, Brancaster and Holkham have those big sandy beaches everyone talks about.
Inland, Oxborough Hall is very close. It's a moated manor house run by the National Trust. King's Lynn is about twenty minutes south, it's got the old buildings and a market. Ely and its cathedral are about forty minutes drive. The Royal Sandringham Estate is less than an hour away.
For facilities, it's got the hot tub, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. It's all wheelchair accessible and the shower is a walk-in wet room.
