The Farm House
The Farm House is in Shipton under Wychwood, on the edge of the village. It's on a working farm, so you'll see sheep and cattle in the fields around you. It's very quiet.
It's a big, old stone house that sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well kept. There's a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen is large, with a proper table for everyone to sit around.
Downstairs there's a games room with a table tennis table. Outside, the garden is on two levels and looks out over the fields.
You're right in the Cotswolds. Burford is about 10 minutes by car. Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, and Chipping Norton are all within 20 minutes. They're nice for a walk and a coffee. The Cotswold Farm Park is nearby if you have children.
Further out, you can get to Oxford in about 40 minutes. Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon are around 45 minutes' drive. Blenheim Palace is about 30 minutes away.
In terms of facilities: there's a dishwasher, a washing machine, parking, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's an electric vehicle charger. We accept up to two dogs.
