Lady's Slipper is a treehouse. It's on our land in Finstock, Oxfordshire. It's set back from the lane so it feels private.
It's a five-star place, which basically means it's got everything done to a high standard. It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom.
The main thing is the windows. Big ones at each end and floor-to-ceiling glass doors at the front. You get a good view of the trees. There's a wood burner in the living area which heats the space up well.
Inside, it's modern. The furniture is a mix of rustic and new. There are a lot of fairy lights.
On the practical side: the price includes all electricity and utilities. WiFi works. Bedding and towels are provided. There's parking right next to it. No pets.
For things to do, you're in a good spot. The Wychwood Forest is on the doorstep for walks. Charlbury station is about two miles away if you want to get the train to Oxford. That takes about 20 minutes.
In Oxford, the Botanic Garden is worth a visit. It's the oldest one in the country. Blenheim Palace is about a twenty minute drive.
