Liberty Finstock

Liberty is a treehouse near Finstock in Oxfordshire. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms, with two bathrooms.

It's a 5 Star place, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. The key thing about it is that it's accessible. The main living space is level with the ground, you get there on a proper walkway. There's a parking space right next to it, so you don't have to walk from a car park.

The building is circular. Inside, it's open plan with a wood burner. Large windows and glass doors look out into the woods. The supporting frame sits down in a bit of a hollow, so it feels like you're up amongst the trees even though you're on a level.

It's on a site with a few other properties, so you're not completely isolated. You'll have neighbours.

Finstock itself is a small village. There's a pub. For bigger shops, Witney is about six miles away.

You're close to the edge of the Cotswolds here. Blenheim Palace is in Woodstock, about a 20 minute drive. It's a World Heritage Site and the grounds are huge. Oxford city centre is about a 30 minute drive. The botanic garden there is the oldest in the UK. Port Meadow, by the river, is a flat, open space that's good for an easy walk.

In terms of what's there: it has a wood burner, wifi, all bedding and towels, and parking. The electricity is included. No pets.
