Bracken Cottage Wheddon Cross

The cottage is one of several here on the farm. They're a mix of old cottages and converted farm buildings. You share some facilities with the other cottages. There's an indoor heated swimming pool everyone can use. There's also a games room.

The setting is the main thing. It's in a wooded valley off a long driveway, so it feels quiet and away from things. You'll see fields and hills from the windows. There's a stream in the garden. You'll often see deer, badgers, and lots of birds.

You're right in the Exmoor National Park. For walking, you can head up to Dunkery Beacon for the views, or drive to the coast at Porlock. The coastal path is dramatic. Dulverton is a nice town for a look around and a cream tea.
