Whortleberry Cottage Wheddon Cross

Whortleberry Cottage is in Wheddon Cross on Exmoor. It's part of a group of cottages on a farm called Triscombe Farm.

It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. The main living room is a good size. It's a 4 Star place, which feels comfortable and well looked after.

The setup here means you share some things. There's an indoor heated swimming pool all the guests can use. There's also a games room. The water here is from a natural spring on the farm, which is fine to drink.

You're right in the Exmoor National Park. The coast is about a 30 minute drive. Minehead is the closest, with a beach and the West Somerset Railway. Dunster is a very pretty village nearby. Dulverton and Porlock have shops and cafes.

For walks, you're close to Dunkery Beacon, which is the highest point on Exmoor. The views from there are very good. You can see red deer on the moor if you're quiet and a bit lucky.

At the cottage, you've got a private, enclosed garden with a patio. There's parking on site. Inside, there's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding is included, and we can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.

There's a shop, pub, garage, and a restaurant about a mile away in Wheddon Cross.
