The Annexe

The Annexe is positioned in the low hills close to the Snowdonia National Park and enjoys a spectacular sea view from the front aspect of the property. This all on one level annexe with its own private entrance offers a comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. The living and dining area is open living style and provides a kitchenette with breakfast bar, oven, small hob and microwave. There is a sofa and small dining table for two with direct access to the outside through patio door where you will find outdoor dining set for enjoying your morning coffee. The double bedroom has quality mattress and linen, ensuring a quality night sleep.

You can enjoy sea views and take in a lovely stroll around the grounds of Llech Y Dwr, designed to provide guests with a quiet and reflective area to enjoy. Say hello to the neighbouring sheep and chickens or wander around the on-site lake. Casual fishing is permitted for enjoyment. Positioned just a short drive from Caernarfon, you will find a selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants here for your convenience. Its close proximity to North Wales spectacular Snowdonia National Park, this property will suit those looking to enjoy the outdoors and take in the wonders of the area. There are walks directly from the property, with the beach at Dinas Dinlle offering a large sandy beach, cafe, promenade and beach shop.
This property can be booked together with Pipistrelle Cottage, Horseshoe Cottage and The Bothy to accommodate up to 10 guests.
