In the centre of this small village, this semi-detached holiday property has been well modernised, but retains all the character and has an enclosed garden. It is very well equipped and furnished to a good standard. The north coast, with its sandy beaches, sailing and windsurfing is 10 miles. Golf, birdwatching and lovely walking is 10 miles. Hunstanton 20 miles, Norwich 25 miles, Sandringham 20 miles. Locally are Pensthorpe Waterfowl Park and the market town of Fakenham, with a sports centre and racecourse.
