Dinduff Lodge is on the Rhins of Galloway, about three miles from Stranraer. It's a detached house built in 2020. It’s your own place, no one else attached.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished and comfortable. Everything works as it should.
The main thing is the view. The living room has big windows looking out over the fields to Loch Ryan. You can see the water from inside. There's an open plan kitchen and living area, so it's easy if you're all in together. The kitchen is modern and has what you need.
Outside, there's a hot tub on the patio. The garden is yours. Parking is right there.
You're about half a mile from the shore at Loch Ryan. You can walk down to the water. There's a path along the shore past Wig Bay and The Scar, which is a sandbank with a lot of terns. You can sometimes see seals or porpoises in Dally Bay, which is nearby.
The local shop and pub are in Kirkcolm, about three miles away. Stranraer is the same distance for bigger shops.
For days out, the Galloway coast has a lot of beaches. Logan Botanic Garden is worth a visit if you like gardens. You can get to the Galloway Forest Park in under half an hour. If you're interested in history, there are ruins like Castle of St. John in Stranraer. You can see old WWII remains along Wig Bay.
Facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. The wood burning stove works. Bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair friendly at the entrance and has a walk-in shower. You can bring up to two dogs.
