The Milking Parlour St Bees

The Milking Parlour is on our farm in St Bees. It used to be the milking shed, obviously. We've done it up. It's all on one level, so no stairs at all to worry about.

It's for two people. One bedroom with a king size bed, and a good shower room. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a conservatory on the front that gets the sun.

You're right in the village. The pub is about fifty yards away, just across the lane. They do food. The shop is a two minute walk. The beach is about three quarters of a mile. It's a good beach, lots of sand. You can walk from there along the cliffs.

The cottage is dog friendly. You can have two. There's an enclosed patio area so they can't get out.

If you want to go out, you can drive into Whitehaven. The St Bees Head RSPB reserve is a short drive for walking. For a proper walk, you can get onto the Coast to Coast path from the village. It's the starting point. The western lakes, like Ennerdale, are about a twenty minute drive. The Lake District National Park site has walking routes.

Facilities: there's a washing machine, WiFi, TV, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.

There are a few other cottages here on the farm if you were coming with more people. We can sleep up to twelve across all of them.
