Seacote Gardens

Seacote Gardens is a semi-detached house in St Bees. It's quiet here. You're looking out at the Irish Sea. I've tried to make it comfortable, nothing too flash.

It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. The garden is enclosed so it's fine for a dog or kids. You can see some good sunsets from there, and at night you get a clear view of the stars because there's not much light around.

The beach is about a three minute walk. There's a café there. The RNLI station and a kids' play park are just as close. A dog-friendly pub and restaurant is about 100 yards away. The shop is a bit further, maybe a five minute walk.

The Coastal Path goes right past. St Bees Head is an RSPB reserve, so good for seabirds. It's also the official start of the Wainwright Coast to Coast walk. The local golf club is a few minutes' walk.

You can drive to Whitehaven in about fifteen minutes. They've got restaurants, shops, and the Beacon Museum. For a day out, the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway is about half an hour's drive. Muncaster Castle, with its owl centre, is nearby too.

Inside, it's open plan on the ground floor. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We've put in a cot, highchair, and stairgate. There's parking on the drive. The entrance is level for wheelchair access.
