This is Largs Brisbane Cottage. It's on the ground floor of an end terrace house in Largs. You get a small patio area to yourself out the back.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. Everything is on one level, so there are no stairs to worry about.
You're about a five minute walk from the seafront promenade. The town has all the usual shops, cafes, and places to eat. There's a local pub and a restaurant just round the corner.
You can bring one dog. Everything else is included: bedding, towels, WiFi, and there's a washing machine. We've got a cot if you need one.
It's a good spot for getting the ferry. You can go over to Great Cumbrae from Largs itself. The ferries to Arran and Bute leave from Ardrossan, which is about a twenty minute drive down the coast. The Ayrshire Coastal Path starts just north of here at Skelmorlie.
If you drive, you've got lots of choices. Culzean Castle and its country park are about half an hour south. Turnberry is a bit further. Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park is under an hour's drive if you take the ferry from Gourock to Dunoon. Glasgow is just over half an hour by car or train from the town.
