Shuma Apartment is in Skelmorlie, right on the Ayrshire coast. It's a flat, on the ground floor. You're basically a stone's throw from the water. The view out the front is across to the Isle of Bute and the hills beyond. It's really the main thing about the place.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and clean. The space is good, it's a decent size.
There's a local pub in the village. For more options, Largs is a short drive down the coast. It's got shops, restaurants, a proper promenade. The train station at Wemyss Bay is close. It's a nice station, they've got a café there. The trains go straight into Glasgow if you need to go in.
You're right on the Ayrshire Coastal Path here. It starts practically outside. If you want to get out on the water, the ferry to the Isle of Bute leaves from Wemyss Bay. It's a good day out. Ferries to Arran and Cumbrae aren't far either.
Golf is a big deal around here. Royal Troon and Turnberry are within a half hour's drive. For something else, Culzean Castle is about twenty minutes away. It's spectacular, right on the cliffs. The National Trust for Scotland runs it. Dumfries House is inland, maybe twenty-five minutes. The grounds are very nice for a walk.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring up to two dogs.
