Little Content Farm Cottage Berepper

This is Little Content Farm Cottage, on our farm near Helston. They're a pair of converted stone barns in a courtyard, and you'd have one of them. It's a bungalow, so everything's on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a TV. Sleeps four.

There's a swimming pool in a separate building, heated. It's shared, but only with the other cottage so it's not busy. The garden's enclosed. We live on site, it's a working farm, so you'll see us and the dogs around sometimes.

You're about three miles from Helston for shops. The nearest pub is a couple of miles. For a beach, Church Cove at Gunwalloe is maybe three miles. It's sandy and good. The coast path is easy to get to for walks, either towards Mullion or Porthleven.

You can walk to the Loe, which is the big lake. It's about a five mile round trip if you go all the way. The National Trust land around here is good for walking too.

Loads of stuff is within half an hour. Gweek Seal Sanctuary, Flambards, Goonhilly. The Lizard peninsula is close for Kynance Cove and the lighthouse. Further along, you've got St Michael's Mount or Trengwainton Gardens.

Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's parking right outside. Sorry, no pets.
