Pedn-Y-Ke
It's called Pedn-Y-Ke. It's a bungalow on the edge of Mullion, up on the hill. You get a long view over the fields to the sea.
It sleeps 13. That's five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well equipped. The layout is a bit different. The main bungalow is all on one level, and there's an attached annexe with a living room and more beds, including one on the ground floor. They're connected by an internal door, so it works for a big group but people can have their own space.
The garden wraps around the property. It's fully fenced, so it's secure. There's plenty of private parking on the drive.
In the village, there's a shop for basics and a couple of pubs that do food. The coast path is right there. You can walk south to Mullion Cove, or north towards Poldhu. Polurrian and Poldhu beaches are sandy and close by. For something dramatic, Kynance Cove is about a ten minute drive.
The Lizard Point is the most southerly spot. You can visit the lighthouse and there's a lifeboat station. It's a good afternoon out. If the weather turns, the Helston Museum of Cornwall is interesting, and the Cornish Seal Sanctuary is in Gweek, about twenty minutes away.
What's here: a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. All bedding and towels are included. The parking is on site. No pets.
