Tegfryn Cottage
Tegfryn Cottage is in Pant Llwyd, just outside Llan Ffestiniog. It's very quiet up here. The cottage is for two people. One bedroom upstairs, one bathroom downstairs.
It's got a 4 Star rating. There's a wood burner in the living room. We leave a basket of logs for you to get started. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's a small garden out the back with a table. Wi-Fi is included.
The stairs are steep. They're normal for a cottage like this, but something to be aware of. The bedroom is a decent size and looks out over the fields.
You can walk to Llan Ffestiniog in about 15 minutes. There's a pub there. For a bigger shop, Blaenau Ffestiniog is a five minute drive. It's an interesting town with a lot of slate history.
You're right on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. For walks, you can drive into the park or just head out from the door. The Zip World sites and Llechwedd Slate Caverns are very close. Betws-y-Coed is about a 20 minute drive. The coast, like Harlech or Barmouth, is about half an hour away.
You can bring up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are provided. There's parking for one car right outside.
