Pendref is in Trawsfynydd. It's a semi-detached house in the middle of the village. The living room and kitchen are one big space, which is useful for a group.
It sleeps nine people. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. The beds are made up for you when you arrive, towels too.
The stairs are fairly steep and there are some low beams. Just something to be aware of.
There's a pub about a hundred yards away. A shop too. Trawsfynydd Lake is just outside the village. You can walk around it or fish there.
Blaenau Ffestiniog is about a ten minute drive. That's where the big attractions are. You can go on the Ffestiniog Railway steam trains to Porthmadog. Or there's Zip World for zip wires and Bounce Below, which is trampolining in an old slate mine.
The other way, towards Dolgellau, you've got Coed y Brenin forest. They do mountain bike hire and there are loads of walking trails. Snowdonia National Park is all around you really.
The coast is about half an hour's drive, around Harlech or Barmouth.
Inside, there's a dishwasher, a washing machine, wifi, and a TV. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's parking for two cars on the drive. No pets, sorry.
