Trawsfynydd Cabin

Trawsfynydd Cabin is a detached wooden cabin in Bronaber. It's on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, but inland, so it's quiet. You get the whole garden and it's fully enclosed.

It sleeps four across two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main room is open plan, kitchen, dining and living area together. There's a separate little snug area with two chairs and an electric wood burner effect stove. The internet is fine for normal use.

Outside, there's a big covered veranda with seating that looks towards the mountains. A stream runs through the bottom of the garden.

The cabin is on the B road between Trawsfynydd and Dolgellau. You can walk to the lake from the door, it's about a mile. It's good for fishing. The Rhinog mountains are right there for serious walking. For cycling or forest walks, Coed y Brenin is about ten minutes' drive south. They do bike hire.

Blaenau Ffestiniog is fifteen minutes north. That's where Zip World Titan and Bounce Below are. The Ffestiniog Railway steam trains start there and go down to Porthmadog. Harlech Castle is about twenty minutes west on the coast. Barmouth is half an hour south.

Facilities: everything's included. Wifi, TV, bedding and towels, dishwasher, washing machine. Parking for two cars right outside. You can bring up to two dogs.
