The Stonewood Lodge
The Stonewood Lodge is on Wilberfoss Holiday Park, near Barmby Moor. It's a detached lodge. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's a double, a twin, and one proper shower room. The double has its own toilet as well.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern inside, open plan. French doors open out to your own decking. Best thing is the hot tub. It's in a small garden area to the side of the lodge.
There's a shop and a pub in Wilberfoss village, about a mile away. The pub does food. For a bigger town, Pocklington is a short drive. It's a proper market town with a square, shops, and places to eat. Burnby Hall Gardens are there.
York is about 25 minutes in the car. You've got the Minster, the Shambles, the Railway Museum, all of it. There's a bus stop right outside the park gate if you don't want to drive in.
It's good for the Yorkshire Wolds if you like walking. The coast at Bridlington is under an hour. The park itself is quiet and well-kept.
In the lodge you get a Smart TV, a washing machine, parking right outside. All bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
