This is Haven Lodge on Wilberfoss Holiday Park. It's near Barmby Moor, which is about twenty minutes drive from the centre of York.
It's a detached lodge. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and a bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's an open plan living area with a sofa, dining table, a TV and doors that open out onto the decking. Everything is modern and clean.
The park itself is quiet and tidy, with lots of pine trees. There's a Thai restaurant right next to it. The village of Wilberfoss is walking distance and has a pub and a village shop with a post office. Pocklington town is a short drive away for more shops.
York is the main draw. You can drive in, or there's a bus stop just outside the park. The coast at Bridlington is about an hour away by the same bus if you fancy the seaside.
Locally, Burnby Hall Gardens in Pocklington are worth a visit. There's also a gliding club nearby if that's your sort of thing. For walking or cycling, the Yorkshire Wolds are right on the doorstep.
It has parking, WiFi, a washing machine, and all the bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
