Lesta Cottage is in Bielby. It's a small village. You get a bit of a garden out the front with a bench.
The cottage sleeps three. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up nicely inside. There's a wood burner in the living room. The ceilings are low in places, so mind your head.
You get in through a covered passage with a locked door. It's useful for bikes or muddy boots. There's a washing machine in there too. The kitchen is galley-style, so it's narrow but it has what you need.
Upstairs, the second bedroom is through a wooden sliding door. The bathroom has a freestanding bath with a shower attachment. There's no separate shower cubicle.
It's quiet here. The Pocklington Canal walk starts nearby. For shops or a pub, you'll need to drive to Pocklington, which is about four miles.
York is about a 25 minute drive. Hull and the east coast, like Bridlington, are within 45 minutes or so. There's an outdoor pursuits place at Allerthorpe if that's your thing.
Facilities: WiFi, wood burner, washing machine, cot and highchair available. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
