Lazy Lobster
The Lazy Lobster is a terraced cottage on a side street in Amlwch. It’s on the north coast of Anglesey. You get two bedrooms upstairs, and one bathroom with a shower. It sleeps four. The back garden is enclosed, so it’s safe for dogs or kids. It’s got a 4 Star rating.
You’re a couple of minutes walk from the main street. There’s a pub there that does food. The port is about a ten minute walk downhill. It’s quiet now but it was important for copper once. The Copper Kingdom Centre is down there if you want the history.
The Anglesey Coastal Path runs past the town. You can join it easily for a walk. The closest proper beach for sand is about two miles away by car.
If you drive, you can get to a lot in under half an hour. Beaumaris has the castle and some shops. South Stack is for the cliffs and the lighthouse. Newborough beach and Llanddwyn Island are towards the south west. The Visit Anglesey site has more.
The cottage has WiFi, a TV, and parking for one car on the street outside. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. The stairs inside are quite steep, just so you know.
