Awel Y Mor Sea Breeze
Awel Y Mor Sea Breeze is an apartment right here in Cemaes Bay, on the high street. You get to it by going up eight steps from the street.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. We allow two well-behaved dogs.
You're about a two minute walk from the beach. It's a sandy one, good for kids. There's a pub and a shop literally a stone's throw away, fifty yards or so. The place is handy for both summer and winter, honestly. In winter you can just watch the sea from the windows.
The apartment has a small enclosed patio area out the back. That's your bit. There's parking on site for one car. Inside, it's open plan. It's got a dishwasher, wifi, and the bedding and towels are included.
Cemaes itself is a proper working village, not too polished. It's good for sailing or just messing about on the beach. The coastal path here is stunning. You can walk east towards Bull Bay and Amlwch, or go the other way. You'll see seals if you're lucky.
For things to do, Beaumaris Castle is about half an hour's drive. There's a sea zoo near there too. If you like walking, the National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline here. For planning walks, Visit Anglesey has good information.
