Harbour View

Harbour View is a first-floor apartment on the edge of Cemaes harbour, over in Anglesey. It's one apartment in a converted old building. There are six flats in total.

It sleeps four people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. The living room looks straight out over the sea. That's the main thing about it. One of the bedrooms has the same view. The garden is a shared space for all the flats, with some seating. It gets the sun in the evening.

The place has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped. It's not massive, but it's been done out nicely. You can bring one dog.

You're right in the village. The beach is basically at the end of the road, a couple of minutes' walk. There's a pub about the same distance away. For a bigger shop, you'd drive to Amlwch or go to the supermarket in Holyhead.

Anglesey is good for walking the coastal path. The headland around Cemaes itself is lovely. For a day out, South Stack lighthouse is about half an hour's drive. There's a really good RSPB site there for seabirds. Beaumaris with its castle is a similar distance. Boat trips sometimes go from there to Puffin Island in the summer.

In terms of facilities, it's got everything you'd expect: dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is on-site, which is important as the streets are narrow.
