Tyn Felin is a cottage next to a windmill. The windmill was built in 1828. The cottage itself is newer, but it's part of the same place.
It's just for two people. One bedroom upstairs with a king size bed. Downstairs is open plan, kitchen and living area together. There's a reclining sofa. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
You're on the edge of Cemaes Bay. It's the most northerly village in Wales. The coast path runs right past. The beach is a five-minute walk down the hill.
In the village there are a couple of shops, a few pubs that do food, and some cafes. It's quiet. For a bigger shop, Amlwch is about ten minutes' drive.
You can walk along the coast for miles from the door. For a different beach, Church Bay is ten minutes by car. The whole island is good for driving around. South Stack Lighthouse is maybe half an hour. Beaumaris with the castle is about forty minutes.
Facilities wise: it has parking, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There's a walk-in shower, no bath.
