The Snug is in the village of Penysarn, up on Anglesey. It's one of three little apartments at the back of a shop called Ty Copr, which sells local bits and bobs.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place. It means it's clean and comfortable, not luxurious. You're on the ground floor, which is handy.
You get a small, enclosed garden area to yourself. There's a village shop about 50 yards away for basics. The nearest proper pub is in Amlwch, about three miles down the road.
The cottage is right at the bottom of Parys Mountain. It's an old copper mine and you can walk the trails up there. It's quite a dramatic landscape. The coast is about four and a half miles away. There are several good sandy beaches a short drive away, like Cemaes Bay. We often see seals from the coast path, and sometimes dolphins.
Amlwch has a harbour and a supermarket. Boat trips for fishing or to see the puffins go from places like Bull Bay. Snowdonia is within half an hour's drive if you fancy a day in the mountains.
Facilities include WiFi, TV, and all your bedding and towels. There's parking. No pets, sorry.
