This is Reay House. It's in Nairn, which is a Victorian seaside town in the Highlands. The house is on a residential street. You can walk into the centre from here.
It's a big, tall Victorian villa. It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, which is useful. The stairs inside are the original ones, so they're a proper sweeping staircase but they're also quite steep.
The ground floor has high ceilings and wood floors. There's a woodburning stove in the living room. The garden is enclosed and private, with quite a few trees around it. It's a quiet spot.
Nairn itself has two good beaches, about a mile away. They're clean and easy for families. The town has shops, a few pubs, and places to eat. There's a bigger supermarket about an eight minute drive out of town.
If you're here for golf, Nairn Golf Club is close. It's a championship links course. For history, you've got Culloden and Cawdor Castle nearby. Fort George is along the coast too, and you can sometimes see dolphins from the point there. The Cairngorms National Park is about a 40 minute drive if you want proper mountains.
Facilities: it's got the things you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking on the drive.
Inverness Airport is 15 minutes away by car, which is handy.
