Braehead
This is Braehead. It's a detached house in Nairn, in the Scottish Highlands. It sits up a bit, so the views out over the town are quite good.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable. It's all one level, which is handy. The front door is wide and there are no steps, which makes it easier for wheelchairs.
The house is in the middle of the town, so you can walk to most things. There's a shop, a pub that does food, and a restaurant within about a hundred yards. The beach is a five minute walk away. It's a good, long beach.
Nairn has a golf course and a harbour. You can get boat trips from there. The area is known for dolphin sightings, so keep an eye out.
If you want to go further, Inverness is about a 20 minute drive. From there you can get to Culloden Battlefield, Fort George, and Loch Ness quite easily. The coastline east and west has some nice old fishing villages to visit. The Malt Whisky Trail is also in this part of the country.
