Dragon Pad Royal Tunbridge Wells

Dragon Pad is a flat in Royal Tunbridge Wells. It's on the top two floors of an old townhouse. It sleeps six, but that's with two people on an air bed in the loft space. So two bedrooms really, one on the main floor and one up in the loft. One bathroom.

It's a 4 Star property, so it's well-finished. The kitchen is new, with an induction hob and a dishwasher. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer in a utility cupboard. The living room has a large sofa and a smart TV with Netflix already on it. The windows are big, so it's bright, but they've got blackout blinds.

The stairs up to the loft bedroom are a bit steep and narrow. Just so you know. The loft itself has a low ceiling in parts, which is normal for a converted loft.

Location-wise, it's about a 15-minute walk to the train station. Trains to London take about 50 minutes. You can walk into the Pantiles and the town centre in about the same time. There are shops, cafes, and restaurants around there.

If you drive, you're close to the A21. Hever Castle is about a 20-minute drive. For walks, the High Weald area is on the doorstep. The National Trust has a few places nearby like Scotney Castle, which is about 25 minutes away by car.

Facilities are all included: bedding, towels, WiFi, electricity. There's a cot if you need it. No pets.
