This is Lower Pantiles Apartment. It's on The Pantiles down in Royal Tunbridge Wells. That's the historic bit at the bottom of town.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, not luxury. As it's an old building, the ceilings in the main room are quite high, but the bedroom is tucked under the eaves so mind your head in there.
The main thing is the location. You step out the front door and you're on the colonnade. There are cafes and restaurants right there. The Pantiles has a few events and farmers' markets through the year. You can try the spring water from the Chalybeate Spring when it's being served, which is a bit of an odd local tradition.
For everything else in Tunbridge Wells, the rest of the town is up the hill. It's a steep walk back up. Most people just use it as a base for The Pantiles area.
Inside, you've got a sitting room with a sofa and a small dining table. The kitchen is a proper one with a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed. Everything you need is there. Towels and bedding are included.
