Cox Cottage

Cox Cottage is a holiday cottage on our farm. It's attached to our farmhouse, but it's all yours while you're here. You'll get a bit of garden to sit out in.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. The rating is 4 Star, which it gets because it's well finished. It's clean and comfortable.

The farm is about 18 acres. We've got cattle, sheep, and some hens. There are footpaths straight from the property into the countryside. If you're into fishing, I can sort day passes for you.

You're in Pembury, so Tunbridge Wells is under five miles away for shops and cafes. The train to London from Paddock Wood takes about 50 minutes.

There's a lot to see around here. Sissinghurst Castle Garden is a big draw. National Trust Sissinghurst Castle. Bodiam Castle is another National Trust one not too far. Brenchley Woods is good for a walk. If you fancy some local wine, there are a few vineyards nearby that do tours.

The coast is at Hastings, about a 40 minute drive.

For facilities: it's got a woodburner, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and parking. There's a cot if needed. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, because of the farm animals.
