Finchcocks Oast 23-32 is in Riseden, Kent. It's a converted barn next to an oast house, set back from a quiet lane. The views are over hop gardens and fields.
It sleeps up to 32 people. There are nine bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well kitted out and finished to a high standard.
It's all very open plan inside, with high ceilings. Downstairs is mostly one big space for cooking, eating and sitting. Upstairs, there's a large decking area that looks out over the view. The stairs are open-tread and quite steep in one section, so just be aware.
Outside, there's a private heated swimming pool and a tennis court for guests. Inside, there's a separate games room with table football and a PlayStation.
Facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, wood burner, BBQ, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a cot and highchair. No pets.
If you're looking for things to do, you're close to Sissinghurst Castle Garden and Bodiam Castle. The coast at Rye and Camber Sands is about half an hour's drive.
