Finchcocks Oast 23-32 is a big barn conversion near Riseden. It's a large group place, sleeps up to 32 people. That's unusual.
There are nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms. One for each bedroom. Takes the pressure off with a group that size.
The main living space is open plan with high ceilings. It's light. The views from there, and from the first floor decking outside, are over hop gardens and farmland. That's a proper Kent view.
There's a heated swimming pool you have to yourselves, and a tennis court. The games room has a PlayStation and table football.
The stairs are fine. Everything is new and done to a high standard, hence the 5 Star rating. It's very clean.
You're out in the country. You'll need to drive for shops or a pub meal.
Sissinghurst Castle, Bedgebury Pinetum, and Great Dixter House & Gardens are all within half an hour if you like gardens. The coast at Rye and Camber Sands is about a 40 minute drive.
