Stable Cottage Birchett's Green

Stable Cottage is on our farm in Birchett's Green, East Sussex. It's detached. You look out over the Bewl Valley and can see the water from the garden.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one is a double, the other has twin beds. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. It's a converted stable, so it's got low beams in a couple of places. Mind your head.

The living area is all open plan, with French doors out to the garden. The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for a dog. We allow one pet. There's a patio with a table and chairs.

You're on a working farm, so you'll see sheep and sometimes tractors going past. The farm track to the cottage is a bit bumpy, but fine for normal cars.

Wadhurst village is about two miles away for shops and a few pubs. Tunbridge Wells is about a 15 minute drive. For a big day out, Bewl Water is right nearby for walking or fishing. Bayham Old Abbey is about a 20 minute drive. The coast at Hastings is roughly half an hour.

What's here: WiFi, a washing machine, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them.
