This is Snap Pad. It's an apartment in central Tunbridge Wells. It sleeps four, but there's one bedroom with a double bed and then a sofa bed in the living area. That's why it's rated as four star, it's got the nicer fittings.
You're right in town. The Pantiles and the station are a ten to fifteen minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants everywhere. You don't really need a car unless you're planning to go further out. Parking is available nearby, but you'll need to pay for it. The apartment itself has a private entrance off the street behind two coded gates.
It's on two floors. Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, and a separate toilet. Upstairs is the bedroom and an en-suite shower room. The shower room is the only bathroom. Everything is new, with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The WiFi is very good.
Because you're in a town centre, it's not a quiet countryside spot. You're close to the pub and the high street. If you want to get out, the surrounding area is nice. Sissinghurst Castle Garden is about a half hour drive. Hever Castle is similar. For a bigger walk, the Ashdown Forest is just over the border in Sussex, maybe twenty five minutes away.
Inside, it's all been done to a high standard. Towels and bedding are included. There's a cot if you need it, but the space is compact, so it will be cosy with four adults. No pets.
