Church House Cottage is in Ulpha. It's the end cottage of a pair, attached to Church House itself. You've got a garden with a patio, but it's shared with the other house. There's also a shared barn with a pool table, table tennis, and table football.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms: one double, one twin, one single. Two bathrooms. One has a bath, the other a shower cubicle. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable. The stairs are standard cottage stairs, a bit steeper than modern ones but fine.
The main room downstairs is open plan. Living area, dining table, kitchen all in one space. There's a woodburning stove. The kitchen has what you need. Dishwasher, washing machine, that sort of thing. Bedding and towels are included. Parking for one car on the drive.
You can bring two dogs. We provide a stairgate and highchair as well.
For walking or cycling, you can start right from the door. The fells are there. Broughton-in-Furness is about ten minutes by car for shops, a petrol station, and some good pubs. Coniston Water is within half an hour. The market town of Millom is also close by.
Within a 30 minute drive you've got a lot. Boat trips on Coniston or Windermere. Muncaster Castle. The Lakes Aquarium. The South Lakes Safari Zoo near Dalton-in-Furness. The Ravenglass and Eskdale railway. Local golf and fishing if that's your thing.

If you're a bigger group, you can book this cottage together with Church House next door. Together they sleep eleven.
