Hazel Cottage
Hazel Cottage is in Briantspuddle. It's a thatched cottage that's a few hundred years old, so the ceilings are low. Mind your head when you go through the front door.
It's a one bedroom place, sleeps two. The bed's a super king. We did it up properly last year. It's comfortable, good shower. You get a part of our garden to sit out in, with a table and chairs.
Being old, it has an open fire. We leave some wood for you to get started. There's a dishwasher and washing machine, all the usual things. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
The village is quiet. You can walk straight out from the door onto footpaths. The Piddle Valley is nice for that.
If you want to go out, Monkey World and the Tank Museum at Bovington are about ten minutes by car. Dorchester is twenty minutes. The coast at Lulworth, like Durdle Door, is also about twenty minutes drive. Weymouth and Bournemouth are further, maybe forty-five minutes.
