Keepers Cottage is in East Burton, near Wool. It's the middle one in a row of three. The garden is enclosed, so it's private.
It sleeps seven. There are three bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place is full of old furniture and railway bits and pieces. It feels a bit like stepping back in time. The main room has wooden beams and rugs on the floor. It's cosy.
The stairs are quite steep. Just so you know.
You're about five miles from the coast at Lulworth. Durdle Door is right there. It's a short drive. The beach at Swanage is good for families. Weymouth is a bit further but it's a proper seaside town with a long beach.
There's a pub about 500 yards up the road. They do food. The village shop in Wool is about a mile away. Wool itself has a train station, which is useful if someone's coming by train.
If you've got kids, Monkey World and the Tank Museum are close by. For a walk, Durlston Country Park near Swanage is worth it. You can get on the coast path from there.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and parking for two cars. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, sorry.
